BIOPROTECT 500 Surface Protectant is the concentrated form of the product BIOPROTECT RTU. BIOPROTECT 500 is intended to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, and fungi between cleanings. One treatment can last up to 3 months, depending on its application. It is an unscented water-based formula and can be applied to a variety of surfaces. Registered technology and formula are patented and use ZERO triclosan, heavy metals, arsenic, titanium, phenols or poisons for your increased health and safety. BioProtect is safe for humans, pets, and the environment.

Normally, an area compromised by mold will develop stains and discoloration. BioProtect 500 Surface Protectant inhibits the growth and spread of such bacteria. It also inhibits deterioration and smelly odors caused by mold and mildew. BioProtect 500 provides continuous protection against harmful microorganisms to create the cleanest environment possible.
This product is approved for use on non-food contact surfaces in the home, in the bathroom, and in the kitchen of homes, offices, automobiles and institutions e.g., schools, hospitals, daycare centers, churches, correctional facilities. It is waterproof, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It can be applied on a variety of surfaces such as upholstery, carpet, and modern hard non-porous washable surfaces like fiberglass, glazed porcelain, formica, stainless steel, and synthetic marble. This water-based biostatic surface protectant can be used on porous and nonporous surfaces.
BioProtect 500 has a dilution rate of 9:1 with distilled water. All products produced by BioProtect are environmentally responsible and manufactured in the USA.
3-STEP CLEANING PROCESS!
There are 3 steps in the cleaning process. STEP 1 is to clean all surfaces free from dust and grease. CATHOYLTE is suggested for this step. STEP 2 is to disinfect/sanitize and DANOLYTE (chemical-free) or San-Q (chemical based) are suggested for this step. STEP 3 is to coat/protect with antimicrobial BIOPROTECT! BioProtect is a mechanical kill product that lasts 90 days!
